French perfumer Guerlain will launch its newest fragrance "Shalimar" in October 2011. This new fragrance will be targeted to the Christmas gift market.
"Shalimar" will be in two modifications - "Shalimar Fourreau de Soir" and "Shalimar Habit Rouge Habit de Cuir". Overall, "Shalimar" is a rich warm spicy floral fragrance with middle and base notes of jasmine, rose, vanilla and tonka bean. With top notes of lemon and bergamot, "Shalimar" makes a strong and unforgettable first impression. The fragrance is inspired by a modern women, who reveals its femininity and ultra sensuality like a self-expression.
